Subject: Update on Golf Course Property Inquiry

Dear Eagle Pointe Residents,

 

The President of the Board has been contacted directly by a developer with an interest in the closed golf course surrounding the Eagle Pointe community.

 

The initial conversation was to just share that the developer is in the process of evaluating the property. According to their representative, the evaluation is to help the company determine what the possibilities of the property may be.

 

They are in the beginning of their evaluation, and they do not have any further information to share at this time.  

 

The entire Board has been briefed on the matter as well as the Chair of the Golf Course and City Relations Committee and the association’s legal counsel.

 

We are sharing this information to inform the community that we are aware of the matter and will continue to monitor and provide appropriate updates as they become available.

 

At this time, there is no action requested from residents. We kindly ask that if you are contacted regarding this matter, you notify management so the information can be shared with the Board.
